Purchased tickets are non-refundable. What you need to know about the exceptions.

These Cancellation & Refund Terms apply to attendee tickets purchased via tugbagider.com for events organized by Tuğba Gider (TG Akademi Danışmanlık), including Sports Industry Forum, Turkish Meetups and other events.
Tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund or cancellation of payment is available for any reason, including inability to attend or change of mind.
The ticket may be transferred to a third party. To request a transfer, please contact us at tugba@tugbagider.com with your order number.
If we (the organizer) fully cancel the event and it does not take place at all, all purchased tickets are fully refunded as required by applicable law. This is the sole exception to the no-refund policy set out in this agreement.
If the event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date; no cash refund is issued in this case.
Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15, contracts for leisure-time services to be performed on a specific date (such as event/conference tickets) are exempt from the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, no refund is offered for purchased tickets other than the exception described in Section 3 above.
